Sales are amazing and helpful - Just don't get any extended warranties or your Jeep fixed there. The services department is rude (Kate) and seem to lack any knowledge on issues that come up with a Jeep repair. I have been waiting on new doors for a year, as my Jeep started rusting after a year. Service will not update and are hard to communicate with. Get your Jeep fixed anywhere but here!

Initially responsive and then when I replied to inquire more about an additional vehicle that was in fact exactly what I wanted I emailed the manager more than once before the sales associate got back to me. Which did not make me feel they were interested in earning my business.

I have driven Jeeps for many years and I always will drive a Jeep! I will always buy from Chrysler Jeep (Central) in Holland. Rob Giacalone is the best salesman I have worked with anywhere! He always goes above and beyond what is expected of a salesperson. He listens and understands my needs in the vehicle I'm looking for! I have never had to question his knowledge of any vehicle I've choosen to buy! The service department has always scheduled in a timely manner and are very knowledgable!

I was working with Dom who did an amazing job helping me get a appraisal on my vehicle for trade in. The process was fast and easy! Dom also went over leasing options with me and made sure I was heading in the right direction. Best salesperson experience I’ve had in a while.

Refreshing to work with. Non pressure to say the least. Sales staff were down to earth. Finance department explained "fine print" very thoroughly. Coffee bar was a nice touch as well. I would recommend any of my family to shop here for a vehicle.

Jeep Dealer: Never in my life have I have ever been told by any dealership that we cannot sell you a car because you live out of state. Car is advertised nationwide on autotrader. Agree to the price and then Im told because you live out of state and have no trade in we cannot sell you the car and the owners are trying to keep cars local. Nuts. Best of luck buying here. If your out of state dont waste your time. Their online advertised price is also Chrysler Employee cost. I said great Ill take it since I have a code to use. Oh sorry we cant sell it for that because we make no money..Huh? Then why do you advertise it like that. Crickets.... 0 stars
