I started the process of purchasing a 2024 Audi A8 on August 19, 2026, and sent the down payment on August 21. As of September 1, I am still dealing with paperwork; even though I have already insured the vehicle, I still have no information on when it will be delivered to me. Despite asking every day, I haven't been able to get a definitive answer from any of the five different people I've spoken to. I hope I receive the vehicle soon.

Claudio is always responsive and very helpful when I need to bring my car in for service. He actually knows me now which is nice and is always polite. Seems like a great employee!
