Immediately greeted me when I arrived. Communicated what was being done and about how long it would take. Showed me where the waiting area was. Work was completed well below the estimated time and gave me an update on the work performed. Liked that they washed the vehicle!

Every body was very nice and the service department was set up with coffee and snacks so that was helpful because sometimes you don't have a chance to eat breakfast
