My experience at this dealership was fantastic. Kris was polite, professional, and made the process easy and enjoyable. Kris even came to my house to drive me to the dealership to sign the final paper and take ownership of my new vehicle. In my 10 years of being a happy customer I never had an issue with Lexus of Tucson. Then a minor issue came up. Dan Ivey, Service Manager, went the extra-step to explain and more than handled my issue. I sincerely appreciate Dan and all the folks at the Auto Mall.
