My wife and I met Sales Rep Eddie Youssef while we were viewing vehicles in the dealership parking area. From that point forward, until we signed the final lease documents, Eddie provided a truly professional experience. His industry knowledge, combined with a willingness to listen and understand our parameters, resulted in a top-notch buying/leasing experience. It is never the best experience to take your car in for service, but Nate Hayes was exceptional! He made the experience easy and honestly made me feel like he really cared that we were getting everything done without feeling the blow to our wallet. The dealership was state of the art. The staff was warm, attentive and professional. Nelson was awesome. Knew what we had to, he showed us our car, instructed us as to what needed to be done (Insurance and Finance) and then escorted is to our new car and showed us a few things before leaving.
