Joshua went above and beyond helping us look for a used vehicle. He was quick to respond, professional, and honest with all of our tough questions. We were thrilled with his service. We ended up going with a different dealership because Subaru of Las Vegas said they will not negotiate on prices. If they change this policy in the future we would most certainly buy from them and only use Joshua as our sales representative. We can not speak highly enough of our customer experience with Joshua. Please keep him around for many many years so we can try again with our next vehicle needs.
I was given priority access to a newly arrived 2026 Subaru Trailseeker Limited after expressing an interest in that particular vehicle a few weeks ago. It was a great purchasing experience for me as a loyal Subaru Customer since 2010.
Great drink/snack station, friendly no pressure service. Rodrigo was very personable and made the experience seamless. Presenting the car to us with the bow on it for photos was a nice added touch.
