I didn't know, but when you buy a used car with more than 100,000 miles, there is no warranty. By the time I got my car home I could tell there was something wrong with the transmission. I called them and they told me to bring it in the next day. I dropped it off the first thing in the morning and they gave me a brand new loaner. I returned the loaner and expected to pay for services rendered and NO CHARGE!! Two days later I had another issue and brought it back, got the same loaner, and again NO CHARGE!!! Something a few days later and the same result. NO CHARGE!!!! I and my team at my Financial planning firm new the client was king and we treated and served them as such. LASH went way beyond the call of duty. I and my family will be loyal to them for the rest of my life!
