Unfortunately, the experience after the sale has been extremely disappointing. Shortly after purchase, the vehicle developed a serious mechanical issue that required an independent specialist diagnosis and resulted in an estimated repair bill of more than $8,000. We notified Gravity promptly and have made repeated efforts to resolve the issue directly. Their position is that they will not cover the repair and instead offered to have us bring the vehicle back to Chicago for a lower customer paid repair price. Buying a vehicle and immediately facing a major repair is bad enough. Having to fight for help afterward has made the experience much much worse.

I spoke with Liz day before,make apoitment she told me car is available,I drove 1 hour and 30 min just to see that the car is sold,Liz was so rude she didnt even try to apologize,I lost my day for nothing
