they got me in and out. I was informed what the problem was before the procedure. Was extremely happy.

Had radio problems . they couldn't find anything wrong so just unplug ed all the wires cleaned them and put them back together and re installed the radio seems to have fixed the problems And the best part I was not charged for this

Vehicle was towed in to dealership for a GM factor warranty issue(injector harness). Service was great provided me a rental during repair work. Vehicle went to body shop for another GM factory warranty issue roof rail replacement. Upon receiving our vehicle back, got in vehicle and parking lights were on and dinging, the whole rear interior of the Tahoe was covered in metal and plastic shavings on the seats and all over the floors. Also dirty foot prints covering the whole back floorboard. Called and addressed issue with Chris in service, he explained that was probably from when the dropped the headliner to correct the rails on the roof. He said he would get with Scotty in body shop and would call me back on Monday about getting my vehicle detailed. Today is Thursday and I still haven’t heard from anyone at Gastorf.

These folks are fantastic with services! Will recommend anyone to Gastorf for purchase of a new vehicle and service.
