I had been shopping for a used car for over two months, I was starting to feel pretty hopeless after being turned away from many other cash hungry dealerships. I came across Cash Car Depot accidently and was greeted, in the parking lot, by a welcoming gentleman named Michael. He had a way of making me feel at ease and I could immediately tell that he loved his job and was more interested in helping people than to just making a buck. This was my first time buying a car and I was beginning to feel like my only hope was one of those buy here pay corporate chains that charge twenty thousand dollars for a car worth two. Michael got to work on it immediately, I felt at ease knowing that he was actually interested and even dedicated to making sure I would finally be able to drive away with my very own car. He was professional, thorough and was up front about the whole process; he was not just telling me what I wanted to hear. He was willing to work with me, and set me up with a monthly car payment I can easily afford. He even took the time to help me find an insurance company with decent rates. When I first checked out the truck - the sells man (not the manger) offered it at a lower price - I lefted to go check on one more truck and came back - The manger would not go back to the first price offered and he wrote down the miles for the truck wrong - find out the correct miles while doing the paperwork ( I should of stopped there ). The manger wanted me to do this survey right away even offered to give me gas money if i did - I waited two weeks before doing this survey - so glad I waited within the first two week I have had to replace one headlight, one turn signal, find a leak in the transmission cooling line (which will cost me alot of money) and last but not least I find two knots on the front tires of the truck. I will not trust them to buy another truck from - the only reason I needed a new truck was to drive my grandkids around and the manger knew this -
