Poor communication and follow up from Derek and Joe at the dealership, who is the sales manager. Got the blame game on why they haven't followed up better and why I haven't received my car from OH to Tx shipping on a flatbed truck should be no more than 19 hours and it's been four days now. Terrible follow up and service. I would NOT buy a car from them!

Visited this dealership and purchased a new Silverado from them. Had an issue after the sale and can tell you the owner Chris is a stand up individual. He personally reached out to me to discuss the issue. He listened to what I had to say and made it right! Very rare to find nowadays. The salesman Ed was also very nice to deal with.
