HAD AN APPOINTMENTAND WORK WAS DONE AS REQUESTED AS WELL AS A RECALL. TRAVELED FROM ERIE PA. AND APPOINTMENT WAS ON TIME.
Jeremy was new and nice, and I could tell lacked in experience. Several times another employee would be standing where customers need to be, chatting, while the customer waited. Made it hard to know where I needed to be .. so I kind of stood there waiting.
Working with Lewis was great. He was very helpful and made it easy for me to decide on what vehicle I ended up purchasing. Working with finance was easy and smooth. Thanks for everything.👍
