My wife and I purchased a pre-owned Lexus from Niello and had a wonderful buying experience. I first called Pooja Thakur for information on the car and she took care of us through the entire process. She is a super star and made our vehicle purchase so smooth and easy, it was a huge relief, as we live 300 miles from the dealership. She was very communicative, organized and great to work with. Tim Dooley, finance manager, was also great to work with and had our paperwork wrapped up in less than a half hour. I would definitely purchase another car from Niello in the future and it's worth driving the extra mile for their excellent customer service. She was friendly, patient, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the cars. My overall experience with Matt Jardine was very positive. He was knowledgeable, professional, and made the entire process easy from start to finish. I texted Matt about the car I wanted to test-drive about an hour before I arrived, and he had the vehicle ready and waiting for me. Each interaction worked to build confidence in my decision to be a customer with this specific dealership. In this case an annual service visit offered the use of a loaner car. My experience with the loaner helped me decide to trade in my 2021 X2 and lease an 2026 X3. The Service Manager Minh helped me work through the process, introduced me to the sales person Joseph .
