We had a great experience at Advantage Acura, and a big part of that was working with John Unger. From the beginning, John was personable, easy to talk to, and made us feel like we had our own personal new-vehicle advisor rather than just a salesperson. John took the time to really listen to what we wanted in our new RDX and worked closely with us throughout the entire process. He made sure everything was handled from beginning to end, right up to the moment he handed us the keys to our new Acura. What really stood out was how comfortable he made the whole buying experience. We never felt pressured or rushed—just that John genuinely wanted to make sure we were happy with our decision. He even followed up with us afterward to make sure we were completely satisfied. We also had an excellent experience with the finance department. Our finance representative took the time to work through the extended warranty options with us, answered our questions, and made sure the financial side of the purchase was completed exactly to our satisfaction. The entire process was straightforward and comfortable from start to finish. In the end, we drove away with a brand-new RDX A-Spec Advance in exactly the color combination we wanted—and, best of all, it had only 4 miles on it from the factory!
