Was interested in a Mustang for sale after calling them. They quoted me at 14K, said I needed to think about it and come back later. That same night I went to Car gurus and noticed that it was listed for 11k. Went back the next day and stated that this was listed at 11k and would be more than happy to work something out. They had said that this was an error and they can only sell to me for 14k. I had once again stated that if they can make it happen for 11k I would be happy to make the sale, if not, I would need to walk. I was then told "Then walk" very rudely. So I did. I have since purchased a car, but opened Car Gurus and have noticed that this price was not an error and is still listed at 11k on their website and on gurus. Avoid this place if possible.
The car advertised was not for sale. Demo unit unable to sell at any price.
Beware - sales person convinces you to put a deposit on the car to hold it, as others are interested. Great! Was not informed that meant a 24 hr hold only. Told “ could make it work Sat. “ when discussing ability to make it 70 miles on a Friday night, which made me believe it was being held for me. When you can’t get to the bank on Friday to get your title, before 5pm, have cash ready to go, but also can’t make it to Olympia (2.5 hrs in traffic before 7pm) on a Friday holiday weekend…. (Some people have work commitments) They refund your deposit because we couldn’t make it in to buy within 24 hrs, and text you that they tried to call. (Everyone else call made it through). Must of decided the others interested, was a preferred customer!
I am a Hispanic female. I went in on a Saturday afternoon. Introduced myself to “ Sales manager” Kevin Gearheart. Looking to making a deal on a new Cadillac. I was ignored as long as possible, not offered a hand shake, no eye contact. He did not move from his stool. Gender discriminatory place of business, very male dominate environment. I was told by Mr. Gearheart how i need to be educated on his vehicle. How it will be taken back to auction. He also refused to look at my trade. I feel Mr.Gearheart needed to feel empowered over females. I was there to only do business. Found him hard to deal with due to his ignorance on his vehicle. My 4th brand new Cadillac, will not be from this establishment, the sales managers ego cost him a deal.
Worst buying experience ever with a dealership ! They under priced my trade in and way over priced the car I was looking to buy. Was told by salesman that I was not allowed to negotiate both figures only one. They also had added $800 for Gap Insurance we did not even discuss and $700 for some GPS Tracking device they said they add to all cars and I had no choice but to buy. Unbelievable. I left feeling like I was being taken advantage of by the salesman and his manager! Will never return to this dealership!
kind of place that will take your vehicle in for service and won't call you or give you an update for over a month and a half...and then don't even check the vehicle before you pick it up! Our Buick was in for service on the moon roof they failed to completely fix the first time, they allowed the waterlogged car to sit on the lot and mold very badly on the inside before working on it and tried to give it back to us without half of the interior installed and completely full of mold everywhere all because Misha couldn't do her job and check the car before we got there.. they kept it and it took over a week to get them to clean it and detail it... of course all the small details were overlooked and while the car appears clean the seat belt straps are still molded and stained and the headliner still has discoloration. They take no accountability for their poor workmanship and lack of communication, Misha made it very clear that her vacation was more important than my vehicle in her possession. Mechanics did work but if one looks at the details we see damage and poorly done work. Overall we are very disappointed with treatment and work quality after our family buying 3 vehicles from them we will all be taking our business elsewhere. Tyler in sales is the guy that'll lie to you right off the bat and Misha sets a very low bar for quality as a service writer.
