Although I am satisfied with the work that was done on my vehicle and in the timely manner in which it was completed, I’m dissatisfied with the fingerprints on my door, and the fact that I paid more than I was quoted.

Lack of exp in young people. Need supervision and in-depth attitude and personal attitudes. Cashier played white computer while I stood there waiting for service info. For oil change and rotation took over 95 minutes. Asked why I don't get special coupons anymore and was told by service writer they'd be applied but nothing showed on bill. If it wasn't for John being mannerly and professionally calming the situation I most likely wouldn't have used your dealership in future. He saw me sitting for a good amount of time and offered to look into service on my vehicle.

Friendly people run the service department. Nice facility with a good waiting area and in a nice town with interesting places to visit while waiting also.

They're always friendly, efficient, accommodating with courtesy rides home and pickups when needed. They service and keep the car clean and give you an accurate time and price estimate for completion of work. They get the job done well!
