This was a recall and fix of HUD and display. The recall was done quickly. The problem with the HUD lead them down research of software patches when it thurned out to be the physical connection of a cable. I am very pleased that everything is working again.

I took my vehicle in for factory recalls. Check in was timely with coffee and donuts available. Everyone in service area was pleasant and professional. Offered a Lyft since had to keep the vehicle and I was less than 10 miles from home. Loved that. Vehicle was done in a couple of hours and I got my baby back. They offered some items for me to consider getting done while they had the car, and I appreciated that, though I declined additional services. All in all a great experience!
