I almost never give 5s in ratings. I would give this dealership a 4.5. Landon my Salesperson was extremely accommodating. I initially went to this dealership because they used to also sell the Genesis line. (They no longer do.). Landon showed me the closest equivalent and explained the differences. When I realized the initial vehicle was too small for me needs; we took a quick peek at an SUV that we thought might work. He went out his way to make sure I was comfortable with the car and process. He was diligent in helping me. For instance he was good at responding to emails and text. He also helped coordinate a test drive accommodating my limited time to be away from work. He went above and beyond for me. On the day I went to pick up the vehicle another customer who entered the dealership at the same time told me how happy she was with her new vehicle and the treatment she received. It was an unsolicited review which made me more comfortable with my purchase. She also was using the service department and said they were good. The finance person was also not pushy and nice. Overall car buying can be nerve wracking; but the folks at the Cookeville Hyundai were pleasant and not pushy. I would purchase from them again.
