Love them makes me proud to drive a American made car victor made me feel like family since then my mom best friends and cousin went I love dealing with the people at phils
Took my ford ranger to get repaired. It was running rough. They replaced a coil stating it was bad. This did not repair the problem at all and cost me almost $300.00. I took the truck to a local garage and they changed the spark plugs very inexpensively about $65.00 and that repaired the problem. Went back to Phills Ford and was told they did not mis diagnose the problem. I just didnt spend enough money on the repair and they would not do anything else. The owner said if I purchased a car from him in the near future he would throw in a few oil changes. DON,T GET SERVICE THERE.
I bought a used ford edge, went with all intentions of buying one that was on there lot. At first i was completely satisfied with the purchase, until i found out i was way over charged for my warranty. None the less i had promises made to me about the remote start being fixed, my car was there 3 different times and was never fixed!!! i brought to a dealer in long island where i was traveling too and they fixed the problem in honestly five minutes!!! i sold my edge 3 months after i bought it, but not because of the vehicle because i was transfered for work and needed a better gas mileage vehicle. it has been two months since i sold my vehicle and am waiting for a check for my warranty back they promised me. Every time i call the dealer, they tell me the owners not available and that only he can help me. This isnt my first rodeo, i know dealers always have someone else who can sign a check. I called back today on 8/28/2013 after two weeks of no answer to be left hanging once again. i decided to call ford and they told me that that dealership recieved the refund on 7/25/2013 that is a complete month ive been waiting for $1500.00. i work in retail and this dealership has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!
When looking for a new 'economy' car, I did research on 4 of the 5 top-rated cars - which included Hyundai, Honda, Kia, Chevrolet and Ford - in the sub-compact category. I narrowed it down to the Ford Fiesta (after several test drives) and stayed as far away from dealerships in my area which I had heard horror stories about. Phil's Ford was the first closest dealership to my current residence and Tom was happy to let me test drive the vehicle. After 2 test drives, I decided to go with the SE sedan. Now came the hard part... Checking to see if there was one in current inventory (or nearby) that fit my specs. Tom showed me a couple there on the lot, but they didn't quite fit what I was looking for. After a couple of searches within the Ford 'nearby dealerships' inventory we found one that had one option more than I wanted, but didn't mind having. My specs were originally as follows... 5-speed manual transmission, the 201A package in violet gray or silver. What was found for me was exactly what I wanted - with the addition of a moon-roof. We could just as easily have factory ordered it, but I didn't mind the addition. Although I feel I got a good deal on the financing aspect of my purchase, this particular vehicle was a no-go for haggling, as they get a very low mark-up on the Fiesta's. I'm pretty certain that higher end vehicles would be a different story. If there is one thing I could change about my experience with this dealership it would be I would like to see a larger inventory available on-site. In their defense, it is not a large place to begin with.
