The Service Dept at Bud Shell always makes me feel like I'm their only customer. I get my Fusion serviced here & they really take care of my car. Every time I'm there, they wash my car. That really means a lot to me.

Always receive good service here. Had my car serviced only one time at another Ford dealership. Had an early appointment to have my car serviced and when I went back to pick my car up at 2:30 in the afternoon my car was still in the same spot where I parked it. Needless to say I never went back there. Never that way at Bud Shell Ford in Sikeston. Always prompt, courteous and good service.

Awesome service . Finished on time when promised .oil change. Tire rotation, wash, checked everything over. Walked to the showroom and told me my vehicle was ready.
