This is my third lease from Serra Ford Rochester Hills, customer service is great and my sales rep Lazer made the transaction smooth and simple!
Lazer V is hands down the best! He made the whole car-buying process easy, stress-free, and even fun. He really took the time to listen to what I wanted, explained everything clearly, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. You can tell he truly cares about his customers and goes the extra mile to make sure you’re happy. I will only buy my cars through him now and wouldn’t go anywhere else. If you’re thinking about getting a car, do yourself a favor and ask for Lazer—you won’t be disappointed!
