Trevor was well informed about our car. First time in that dealership and was treated great buy everyone there.
The salesperson I initially worked with was friendly, polite, and seemed genuinely willing to work with me. Unfortunately, my experience changed once we got to the sales manager. I felt that the sales management team was constantly trying to pressure me into things I did not want or need. I was repeatedly pushed to purchase additional insurance and other products, even after clearly saying that I was not interested. The pressure became so frustrating that I seriously considered walking away from the entire deal.
From the time we walked in the door, to the time we walked out, everyone was friendly and helpful!
Sales dept is ok. Manager was helpful. Finance department was lacking in help with financing and timeliness.
Dave and Chris were so helpful and informative, they made the whole process seamless and quick.
