Fox Valley Volkswagen is an honest, no-pressure dealership. They have a friendly staff and good retention. I have purchased and serviced vehicles with them for the past 20 years.
Went in after seeing the listing for the 2023 s3 and David made the sale easy and wasn’t pushy like other dealers. Kept it honest the whole way and didn’t charge me for outrageous dealer packages that are usually added. Would definitely work with David again if I ever need another vehicle!
The sales person, John Bautista, was excellent, knowledgeable and courteous. The place is spacious and all the people very kind.
