They always take care of me. I bring my whole fleet to them. Agnes is very professional. I've been dealing with her for 15 years and she always does a great job.
Excellent customer service, I highly recommend them The service department was very professional Agnes and Dave who ran the shuttle are very accommodating to other customers. I highly recommend family Ford.
Jacob (I think that is his name) the at home service tech is awesome. He should be training the others who work in the shop. Considerate with rotating tires. Not bouncing them and ramming an air gun on the sockets. He's a true pro. I now only trust him to work on all three of my Ford speciality vehicle's.
Terrific follow up, explained future service needs with me. Great customer service Lol funny Ha!
