People are always friendly and helpful. They always check for Ford bulletins in case there are any problems that need fixing.

Always very polite and they get us in for service very quickly. I always love seeing Warren Reed.

I had my recall issues taken care of. I was scheduled to go in on a Wednesday morning and I forgot so I called and apologized and she was very nice and rescheduled me. She's also very friendly.

I had an issue with my windshield wipers and had to have the switch replaced. They replaced it and $425 later I was out.

Wow, was all I can say about Chris Brannon, at Alexzander Ford! He’s always been so nice and helpful, even though we did not buy our Ford we’re driving now because, at the time I wanted the Spursgreen and wasn’t settling for anything but that. We did get the F250 my husband is driving now from there. The level of service was fantastic. Chris new I wanted the Wild Green in the Ford Expedition Max. With the king each. But they where hard to find. And after calling Ford customer service Found out that they would not be offering any greens even in the 2027. So then I sit out to find the next color I might love which out of all the choices for me that they offered in the expedition Max with the king Ranch was the dark matter Gray still really having to wrap my head around that color, but that was the only one that was good for me and my husband and when I couldn’t find that combination anywhere in the max, Chris suggested that maybe we order one, but he did get that for me! But everyone we have ever dealt with over there has been extremely helpful and enough. And we can’t say enough about the service department. Terry has always such good care of us even though my 2019 Ford expedition max did not come from there. We will continue to support them every time we need a vehicle if they are there.
