My father, mother and I walked into Suburban Ford of Sterling and were helped right away by Jarod, who was already busy, yet took on our challenging situation. He was able to find me an amazing vehicle to test drive right away, within the first hour of being there! Upon further number crunching and another test drive, he found a car that fit me to a T, both lifestyle and financial wise. His knowledge and experience is incredibly helpful, and he was patient with all of our needs. If you are unsure of where to start with the car purchase process, Jarod is the man to go to!!!!!!
Jarod and team were incredible. I had been looking for a Mustang for a few months and the other dealerships I spoke to were not helpful and showed a lack of urgency. Jarod went out of his way to make sure we found a Mustang we loved, came in and grinded extra hours at the office to help us out. We’re pumped and will 100% be back to Suburban for our next vehicle.
First time being in Sterling Heights Mi. Was really impressed with Suburban Ford dealership. The layout and functionality of show room looked top notch. The whole purchasing process went very smoothly. Jarod Bell took really good care of us and answered all our questions . He was easy to talk to and great personality.Everyone there was very kind and courteous. Overall enjoyed our experience.
