My service advisor is Trey, he's very informative, friendly and he breaks your questions down to answers you can understand. I had my vehicle towed in because the key would not turn once it was inserted into my 2015 VW Passant, I was informed that the ignition switch would have to be replaced. The part had to be ordered, 6/5/26 from Germany and would not arrive until 7/3/26, not eligible or offered a loaner'the part is probably on a ship in the Strait of Hormuz. I know I'm going to be charged up the anny so I get pay for my inconvenience. LYFT, UBER. Rentals out of pocket. I will return with a final review after the service is completed.

There were a few hiccups, but buying a new car is always stressful. Our sales pro, Sean Trapp, was great. The finance manager’s job is to add more profit. Kevin Jackson did do his job… but wasn’t too brutal. We would buy from them again.

My experience at Bommarito Volkswagen was exceptional because of Luke. I had talked with Luke through email and text prior to coming into the dealership so he knew what I was looking for. When I went for my appointment the two vehicles that I was interested in had sold. Luke was great about explaining the differences in the Atlas models and found me my perfect Atlas.
