Bought my 2017 Toyota Highlander SE NEW at Toyota Tampa Bay … all service since has been done at Toyota Tampa Bay except I installed my own brakes. Always been satisfied with the Service Advisors and repairs done in the past. This week my vehicle was in for an oil change, tire rotation and check for vibration in floor of vehicle mostly noticeable on slow speed turning . David Mendoza was my advisor and kept me up to date on services needed and also a factory update needed in addition to the need for control arm bushings . David Mendoza kept me updated and explained the repairs and costs … one of the most attentive and knowledgeable Service Adviisors I have ever worked with …
