Steve Cain is one of the worst business managers that I've ever known, he's been screwing everyone over his entire careeer. Cable Dahmer will do much better when he is out. I would recommend the drive to KC, their sales is more honest, and doesn't have Steve trying to rip off customers. I bought 2 cars in a year, and tried a third until Steve got invovled. Then I went to an online seller and had an actual good honest purchase for a very similiar vehicle.
We just bought our third car at Cable Dahmer of Topeka. Love the way they all work together to get sales done smoothly. Always seemed that they were a step ahead of our need.
Cable Dahmer Chevrolet turned what could have been a nightmare into one of the best dealership experiences I've had. My 2023 Silverado ZR2 had a major engine failure, and their team handled the entire warranty engine replacement from start to finish. My advisor, Gabe Jacobsen, was outstanding — he kept me informed at every step, so I never had to wonder what was happening with my truck. They set me up with a loaner so I wasn't stranded, and when the work was done, they delivered my truck with its new engine all the way to my house in Oskaloosa. That's going above and beyond. Communication, follow-through, and genuinely easy to do business with. If you need service on a GM vehicle, ask for Gabe. Highly recommend this team.
