Outstanding Service from Start to Finish! I recently brought my Volkswagen in for service, and the intake representative, John Salassi, was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I walked in, John was professional, friendly, and genuinely attentive. He took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, asked all the right questions, and clearly explained everything that would be done during the service. What impressed me most was how knowledgeable John was about Volkswagen vehicles and how efficiently he handled the intake process. No long waits, no confusion, and he even followed up to make sure I was completely comfortable with the plan. It made what can sometimes be a stressful experience feel smooth and stress-free. I truly felt valued as a customer. This is exactly how service should be handled. Highly recommend this dealership and especially John Salassi — he set the bar high! Marco was amazing! This is my sixth Volkswagen purchase from Marco, Even though I moved out of town he still made it happen, and have my vehicle delivered the next day. Customer service to the finest!
RIDICULOUS!!! WASTED MY TIME!!! I WAS INTERSTED IN A 2014 MAZDA 3 STOCK # E1101859 I found vehicle on Car Gurus, made contact, never heard from dealership, called toll free number, spoke with someone who advised would schedule my visit on Monday 1-19-26 at 12 pm. I work nights and was tired and overslept. I called around 4 PM to verify vehicle was still available. I was told it was and if I could come in. I figured I'd go and advised let me know if gets sold so as not to waste my time, since I have to drive from 2 hours away. I agreed to be there by 7 pm, and I made it by 6:15 PM. I called again to say I was on lot and walked into used car sales Volkswagen side. I was told the vehicle had just been sold. I decide to see for myself so I go next door to Subaru side and speak with salesman who looks car up in system and he says if is still available. We go find the car on the lot where a sing is on dash SOLD dated 1-17-26. So I wasted 5 hours of my time, took off from work where I make $42.00 an hour to go see a vehicle I was told is available and shows available online only to find it was sold on Saturday,1-17-26. If you sell a vehicle then take it off line and update your AI to reflect so, update so your very own employees see a vehicle is sold. Other wise keep drawing customers in under false pretense just too make a sale. I will never give this group a chance at my money again. I'd rather deal with Autonation, a greater inventory and no xx.
