Overall an excellent experience working with Premier Subaru in Branford. I never once felt rushed, even when it was after closing. Working with Livio Reis and Parker Pearlstein was a pleasure. Livio was happy to answer any and all questions, and if he didn’t know the answer he was quick to get me to someone that could answer it. I felt that they gave me plenty of time and space during the process. Negotiations were very fair, I didn’t feel jerked around nor did I feel lowballed on my trade in. Overall great and smooth experience!

I can’t say anything but amazing things about Premier Subaru. This is my 4th Crosstrek I’ve leased from them and everyone has been amazing. Livio, while my first time working with him, was absolutely incredible. He answered all of my questions and made sure I got the right model for what I was looking for within my budget. I’ll be going back to see him again in 3 years once my lease is up.

Livio was a pleasure to work with. Premier as a dealership also gets top marks, especially pivoting last minute to allow me to take advantage of a new financing deal.

Please make sure that Brian Walsh is not a robot, because he was perfect in every way! His customer service was mind-blowing. He handled every single obstacle with grace, and a smile on his face. The world "thorough" comes to mind. Friendly, knowledgable, and those beautiful blue eyes did not hurt the situation. (I'm straight, lol) I seriously don't know how amazingly I lucked-out getting him to handle my purchase. Was obviously meant to be. So when you are ready for a vehicle purchase, choose Subaru, but specifically Premier Subaru in Branford. And God help you if you do not ask for BRIAN WALSH by name!!!
