Different type of review here... I intentionally waited to hit the 50k miles driven from the original miles when I purchased my used 2017 Ford F250 from Silsbee Ford in August 2020. (more like a brand new truck as it was the cleanest I ever encountered). From the moment I called on it back in August 2020 through the purchasing experience a day later and post-follow-up satisfaction checks from Mike, my salesman, and the dealership I have to say they are top-notch! Definitely NOT a typical dealership! I was coming from out of state and Mike worked with me beyond expectations. After test driving and in the office for the financials, I was presented a rundown of the vehicle price; much to my surprise there were none of those frivolous or other dealer trap charges. It was a straight forward great price and bottom line. No need for the back and forth negotiating. The truck had an excellent price, no upcharges so I didn't hesitate to purchase it! I could not believe how easy, fast and genuinely relaxed we all were. Not faking for a sale, Mike and the team at Silsbee are sincere. You can tell it is up to the expectations of the owners and their values and service. Overall great experience with Silsbee Ford and there has been nothing wrong with my truck, which now has 155k miles on it! What a great buy! Thank you Mike and Silsbee Ford!

Bought a really clean 2019 F250 Platinum - Car arrived with a busted tail light - they made good and shipped me a new one. Salesman was great for the entire process! Happy with the overall process. Would buy again!

Had a good experience @ Silsbee Ford and especially with our salesman Dan. He took extra time and effort to make sure we were happy and pleased with the 2020 Ford Escape Hybrid we purchased for towing with all 4 tires on the ground behind our new motorhome. It sure rides and performs good so far for the week we have owned it. I would recommend Silsbee Ford and Dan for your salesman too!!!!

excellent service & salesman. well versed on type of vehicle i was looking for, Vehicle still needs a few upgrades we thought it already had when I purchased it. hopefully dealership will honor their commitment to fix the radio & back up sensors missing from vehicle I bought. If not then I may shop elsewhere at a later date. Honor the commitment given & I am a customer for life.

We have been going to Silsbee Ford for service for 2 years now. Always excellent service!! This last time I brought my 2018 Ford Explorer and ended up looking at Expeditions. I loved it as I had one prior to getting the Explorer. I drove it for 12 years and never was in shop for anything other than maintenance. I love my new Expedition and loved our salesman Tim. Would recommend Silsbee Ford to anyone.
