Tom went out of his way to drop off a spec sheet on a car I was interested in buying to my house. What other salesperson would that. They didn’t insult me by offering a ridiculously low trade in price like so many dealers do on their first offer. They did not come at me with high pressure sales tactics. Sloane was actually able to find a car that suited my needs quicker than other dealerships I had contacted. Sliane also had given my daughter the best deal a few years ago on her RAV4. Tom also gave me a “door prize”” when I took the new car. ( He’ll know what I mean 😀) Thanks for a great buying experience. If I hear of anybody looking for a Toyota, I’ll send them to you. I hope nothing else “bugs” you Jaime! 😀
