Great people to work with when buying a vehicle, but the cleanliness of my car at pick up was very poor. No one even touched the inside. Looked like they just ran it through an auto car wash. I had to go home and detail it myself.
My husband did a lot of the leg work and we also worked with Brooke. A few after market items were missed. Also, I will say the paperwork process at Acura was a lot smoother. I caught a tax error during the process and I don't like that the way you present a trade in during the negotiation is different than at sale. I still need to go back and figure out if I got the right number
My helper was super friendly and answered all my questions. The service team is a reminder as to why I’ll never buy a car other than a Toyota for as long as I live.

Service was great. But, I bought a used car and when I got it home, there was food and crud under the fold down back seat. The car should have been cleaned more thoroughly
