Quick and easy It would be nice if Corwin kept a spreadsheet that was accessible to the customer when they made an appointment that shows a historical record of what was done during previous visits
The guy who handled my service call was very professional. Just get rid of the crappy AI system you have when we try to call. You have great humans that work there.
