Geremy was extremely helpful and patient with me and my family. He made the the whole process very easy.
Harrison Murphey (U.S.M.C.) was a no-fluff (although highly friendly!) sales expert. I came in with some very specific needs, and he was able to guide me through the complexities of my initial request. We worked together to find the perfect vehicle for me, provided a thorough walk through and test drive, and we were able to come to a mutually agreeable price. I financed the vehicle, and Devin in the finance department worked with me to find the best financing package, as well as which service packages were best for my needs. I highly recommend the entire Pat Lobb Toyota of McKinney to anybody, and especially this team. Special shout out to Portia (possibly misspelled) who handles insurance as well!

It looks like your mechanic did not take the skid plate off before doing the oil change and got oil on the skid plate.and wasn’t cleaned up
