Service center was great , they did exactly the work I requested. I like the complimentary water and snacks. The waiting room was kind of dingy, wouldn't hurt to hang some stuff on the walls instead of staring at dry whitewall. Door entrance to the service center was broken and signage to drive in the service center might be confusing for the elderly. I use Crown Honda in Pinellas Park FL half the year, maybe take a look at their dealership, super nice..overall Ocean Honda, not bad.
