Long wait times. You don't have enough workers in the receiving bay and not enough lanes. People are nice and friendly when you finally get one. But the wait is frustrating.
Appointment for diagnosing issue was completed yesterday appointment made for 8th of July for repairs, with 20 minutes of leaving yesterday I received a text for confirming my appointment for 9800 Today. I called to verify that the appointment was for Today and the lady on the phone said yes. I showed up this morning Derek sees me and asked what I was doing there. I explained to him about the appointment change and he had no clue this happened. After the work was completed I noticed they didn't do the complimentary wash on the exterior today nor did they do it yesterday even though I signed the document that included a comp exterior wash.
Everyone we dealt with was fantastic. Our experience could not have been any better. We absolutely love Kaci!!! She is incredible!!
