Fair and reasonable pricing. Excellent customer service every single service visit. Service crew is thorough and the video walk down you get while your car is being serviced is a wonderful touch. Thanks White Bear Acura Service Department for always keeping my car in top shape. Side note, the free car wash is always great, but expect to receive your vehicle back dripping wet, a quick wipe down would be much appreciated or I'd say bring your own microfiber towel and wipe it down yourself.

So far, I've bought two cars from White Bear Acura: A used 2011 and a used 2014 RDX, both excellent vehicles. The maintenance on both has been minimal in 12 years. The mechanics (Nick, Jesse, Matt and Mike), the parts dept. (Scott and Lee), the service writers (primarily Luke but several others over the years) and current management team (Greg and Dee) have ensured I have never had any difficulties or issues with all necessary work done over an extended period of time. I am, in my recent visit, as in all my dozens of previous visits, fully satisfied on all levels, that is, with their courteous professionalism, their diagnostic thoroughness, their genuine care for my vehicle's optimum operational capacity and for each of their irreproachable service resolutions. Great job team!

Khanh is one of the most helpful and very knowledgeable service advisor. I have been interacting with him to get some major services on my 2020 Acura MDX and he has always come through for me in giving very practical advise and getting the most out of the available discounts. White Bear Acura is my top choice for getting my MDX serviced because of him.
