Annoying reminders for scheduled service. Made appt on Wed for Fri. on wed got confirmation text then thurs addl text, email and phone call. Not senile don't need that many reminders.
Service advisor-Todd was great from the beginning to the end. He explained everything to me at the beginning and there were no surprises at the end. Thanks.
Koons have really good customer service and a great app to keep you up to date during the service.
