I bought my 2025 Rave 4 here customer service was great fast and I was at the door service department is excellent keep up the good work and I will do more business there like buying a Toyota tundra for a good price Thank you Toyota Family
I have taken my vehicles to Shottenkirk for over 3 years and have had no issues with the service. Alisa has been my service advisor for the past few visits, and she does a phenomenal job along with the technicians. We will continue to return for business when needed, as everyone we encounter treats us with outstanding customer service.
Matt Andrews was my service advisor. He was EXCELLENT. I will be back there because of his high level of customer service.
Bennett Hammon is our service advisor. I contacted him with a concern - he was able to diagnose over the phone. He checked in my vehicle so that the part needed could be held. When I arrived, the diagnosis was exactly what he predicted. He kept me updated on the service, and I was back in the road before rush hour! Thankful for his communication, knowledge, and efficiency! We always service our vehicles with him!
