I always try to support my local businesses, but I will definitely be looking for a new auto repair place after my recent visit. ​I originally just went in for a standard oil change. Afterward, something told me to look closely at the inspection report they emailed to me, and I am so glad I did. I found a few major red flags: ​Phantom "Declined" Services: The report listed a service that I had supposedly "declined." The staff never even mentioned this service to me, so I have no idea how I could have declined it. ​Unauthorized "Approved" Services: More concerningly, services were marked as "approved" that I never authorized—specifically, a tire rotation. ​When I was checking out, the representative told me I had a nail in my driver's side back tire. I was confused and said, "Don't you mean the front driver's side?" She told me no, and then casually explained that it is "standard" to rotate tires with an oil change, so it was just automatically approved and done without my consent. ​I take my car to the dealership to make sure it stays in perfect condition, but how can I possibly trust a shop that approves unauthorized work and alters paperwork without asking the customer first? ​Be very careful if you go here, and make sure you read every single line of your invoices and reports. They have unfortunately lost my trust and my business.
