Jonah and Max really stepped up to the plate and made a terrible pre-experience, one of the best car buying experiences we have had. Unfortunately, Dustin, who I know is new, pulled down the overall experience. We told him up front that we were not in any way interested in any kind of extended warranty, and he wasted our time with a 45 minute presentation. We were polite, but it was very frustrating.

I am very pleased with Oakes Kia. I have purchased three cars from there in the last six months. The last one I purchased was a replacement for a smaller car that I just wanted a bigger car and purchased a carnivalminivan. Lyric, Chuck, and Meaghan are outstanding. They are not high-pressure and they provide the outstanding customer support that I’m sure Kia expects from them. I feel really comfortable when I’m buying a car dealing with these three as I know that I’m getting a fair deal and they’re not giving me any malarky. Truly outstanding group of people to work with and I’ve gone and had service their twice for oil changed already and that has been excellent also.
