This is my second time purchasing a new car through Chippewa Valley Mazda and both times have been great experiences!
I very much appreciate communication and taking care of everything I asked for right away.
Very friendly and communicative. The service department is great. The sales department can be a bit heavy-handed.
It was a long drive for me but it’s always a long drive to anywhere from where I live. They had the car I wanted and they honored my request for virtually no miles on the odometer. I had a good experience.
Joseph clearly communicated my diagnosis and gave me a list of options that helped me make my decision. He and the service team are outstanding and I've been taking my vehicles there for many years. Many thanks to the team!
Great job by everyone. Everyone except this annoying questionnaire. If I say great job by everyone, that should be enough. Why the ridiculous 15 word minimum. You’re just going to end up making people like me not respond.
