We live in the Tallahassee Florida area where we bought and serviced our two Sprinters. When we broke down in Columbus GA, with the same problem our hometown dealer was supposed to have fixed, we counted ourselves lucky to find a dealer who was able to properly fix our van, AND who treated us as if we were their best customer. We plan to purchase a new Sprinter next year, and drive through Columbus regularly- we intend to find a way to never use the lousy Tallahassee dealer again, driving to Columbus for quality workmanship and excellent customer care.
