Chris was great! He was extremely friendly and always very responsive, whether by text or phone. As a first-time car buyer, I expected the process to be stressful and full of sales pressure, but Chris genuinely seemed to care about helping me find the right car rather than pushing me into something I didn’t want. Even when a few unexpected issues came up that were outside of his control, he kept me updated every step of the way and was always transparent about the status of the car. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish. Great guy and someone I’d highly recommend going through.
