Fantastic experience overall. The team was thoughtful and not pushy, very clear and direct with all points of concern and exceptinally accomidating after we had a surprise with the reveal of an accident history. We took some time to review the Volvo CPO program and before proceeding and were never pushed to continue the purchase process, but once we had a chance to verify things, we had no issues going forward. My daughter was very bouncy but loved the kitchenette and felt exceptionally welcomed, and I so appreciated the snack box--it made it possible to go through the process without me feeling like I had to rush or else she'd melt down.
