Service team was diligent in resolving a complicated problem. Unfortunayly Mercedes seems have to have rushed introducing an electric car without first making sure the technology was designed properly.
They were quick and communicative while fixing my flat tire and getting my car back to me asap! I’ll keep taking my car here for repairs as long as I live nearby!
