It was a great experience. I got a good deal and really like my new car.
Like the work but the time for diagnostic and repair was almost three weeks. Communication was lacking.
Ryan was an excellent salesman. He listened to both what I did want and what I didn’t want in my next vehicle. I went to 4 other dealerships before Koons and Ryan was by far the best.
Easy appointment scheduling, very friendly service staff, great communication on what needs to be addressed on your vehicle.
The staff and management at Koons Chevrolet is among the best in the industry in every category.
the service was late... we arrived for our appointment on time....and the wait was 3 hours,,,,we were told that their was new people doing oil changes. But over all the service is always great.....
