Was shopping for a CRV hybrid. They did not have one on the lot, by Allen let us test drive a similar SUV. We liked the car, so Scott Honda secured a blue CRV L. I picked up the car 5 days later. The process was smooth with both Allen and Eric. There was no changes to the initial agreement and the process took less than 1 hour.
